Roger is currently employed with Con-Mech Contractors, Inc. as the President and CEO. Roger oversees day to day corporate operations, as well as, construction management.
In his work portfolio, Roger has over 42 years of construction, mechanical, and industrial maintenance experience. He has been in construction management for 27 years. Roger started his career working with his father as a brick layer and the father and son worked in their business for 15 years. He has worked for Carolina Power and Light, Triangle Grading and Paving, and Burlington Mechanical Contractors.
Roger’s experience includes working on: power plants, construction and maintenance, road construction, commercial institutional and educational construction. Current clients include: University of NC system, Chapel Hill/Carrboro School System, Alamance/Burlington School System and various county systems.
Roger’s education includes studying Psychology and Business at the University of NC at Chapel Hill, as well as, extensive on the job training. He completed the Defense Contractor Academy in 2014 and regularly participates in continuing education and specialized services training and accreditation. Roger maintains professional certifications in: MSHA, CMAA, and unlimited general contractor’s license.

Duane up in the Finger Lakes area of New York. Graduated from Lansing High and Cornell University and moved to Venice Florida. After working for two years in Florida for the oldest family firm Reasoner’s, he moved to Rock Hill, March of 1979.
Duane is a licensed registered Landscape Architect and a Residential Building Designer and have been in private practice since 1981. The great percentage of his professional time is devoted to the fields of residential architecture, commercial planning, landscape architecture with all the other environmental affiliations that go with designing on the land. Duane has served in many different commissions locally and have served the York Soil & Water District from 1982 and a full commissioner since 1992 to 2012.
In addition to his practice, he works with his brother Dale on the Matt Christopher legacy as President of Matt Christopher Royalties, Inc.
In 2017 Duane was in the political arena and ran for Mayor of the City of Rock Hill.

Duane had a Bachelor of Science, from Cornell University, 1977 and is continuing education of a minimum of 15 hours per year through various continuing educational venues for ASLA, AIA, and USGBC credits.

Born in Kingston, Jamaica, Oliver duCille of Hickory North Carolina first began providing business solutions, software, financial technology solutions development, and hardware design services to government and industry primarily on the Microsoft Windows platform on May 23, 1983 after graduating from Presbyterian College on May 8th of that same year with a Math-Physics Degree and what would have been a minor Computer Science had they had that designation. Within 6 months of that date, he was independently and individually servicing the beginnings of what would turn out to be thousands of small business clients.
Before landing at Exempt Inc. as a seasoned executive, Oliver amassed almost four (4) decades of business development and business management consulting experience as well as a keen understanding of delivering technology-based business solutions to a diverse clientele, which include banks, power companies, and the federal government agencies along with myriad other businesses from a variety of industries in the private sector.

Ronald Campbell has 25 years of teaching experience at NCAT. While at NCAT, Ronald has interned at Cargill, Inc., Union Pacific Railroad, and Illinois University (Fellow). These internships required that he present resolutions and/or recommendations to address issues that were currently on the companies’ agenda.
Prior to NCAT, Ronald was on faculty at the University of Georgia and Oakwood College. While at Oakwood College, he interned with the Army Corp of Engineers as a Procurement Specialist where he conducted preliminary investigation to determine feasibility of additional computerization for the Procurement Division.
Ronald earned a Ph.D. in Accounting from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.
Prior to Texas A&M, Ronald earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. Ronald’s Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree is in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting from Oakwood University (then College) in Huntsville, Alabama.
