To the left is the Entertainment Pavilion. To the right is the Hotel and Convention or Hotel and Performing Arts. The strategy team has decided to connect the Performing Arts Concert Hall to the proposed hotel. The original idea was to have a concert hall connected to a residential component, but the study supports Performing Arts. The 500 rooms have been changed to 300 rooms, due to market conditions and there is another downtown hotel proposed.
Below is the residential mixed use, with retail on the first floor and residential on the top floors. The luxury hotel below has been changed to office over retail.
